Pricing

It pays for itself, or it costs you nothing.

Every plan includes background reviews, requests sent for you and one-tap approvals. A success fee applies only to money that actually lands in your account, never to "potential savings." There's no cap: it's the same share whether we recover $70 or $100,000, and you see the evidence before you're billed.

How the success fee works

When Ombudly gets money back for you, say a $70 fee reversal, the credit has to show up in your own transactions first. Then the fee for that recovery is a share of it: $14 on the free plan, $7 on paid plans. If the company says no, or the money never arrives, there is no fee.

What credits are

Each plan includes credits for your advocate's work: reading documents, checking transactions, visiting support sites and writing requests. Watchdog's 200 credits a month cover a typical household's routine reviews. Advocate (800) and Intensive (3,000) add room for more accounts, longer histories and more follow-ups. You can see what each task used in the app. Credits renew monthly and aren't money.
