Trust comes first
Approval is required before promotion. No guaranteed refunds, disguised ads, brand impersonation or access to a referred customer’s financial records.
How it works
- Apply from the Invite & earn tab with your website or channel and your promotion plan. Accept the program rules and brand guidelines.
- After approval, share your own link with a clear commission disclosure. The visitor chooses whether to accept the invitation; no tracking cookie is set for attribution before that choice.
- A new customer claims the invitation within 24 hours of creating their app account, before billing begins. The first accepted, unexpired invitation wins; programs do not stack.
- Eligible subscription payments enter a 30-day hold. Review pending, available and paid amounts in your account.
The details should be easy to find
Links can be accepted for 30 days. Commission is calculated per invoice in USD and rounded down to cents. A $29 eligible payment earns $7.25; a $99 eligible payment earns $24.75. Taxes and later reversals change those amounts.
At least $50 in available commission is needed for a manually arranged payout, following payee and tax checks. Available means eligible for review, not money already sent. There is no automatic transfer or guaranteed payment timetable. Later refunds or disputes can reduce future earnings, including after a payout; we do not automatically debit your account.
Say what the product actually does
Ombudly helps people find potential fees, missing refunds and overcharges, and prepare requests with evidence. Companies decide whether to pay. Your audience should hear that plainly.

Put the disclosure beside the recommendation and link. In a video, make it audible and visible, and repeat it near the description link. Do not hide it in a profile, a pile of hashtags or a collapsed section.
Your brand kit
Use the supplied mark and the approved claims in the brand guidelines. Keep the name, colors and safety promises intact. Partners do not become Ombudly employees, financial advisers or support agents.
