Three steps, with a clear finish line

1. Open Invite & earn in your account. Share your personal link with someone who does not already have an Ombudly app account. Tell them you may both earn credits.
2. Your friend explicitly accepts the invitation, then claims it within 24 hours of creating their app account and before billing. An invitation expires after 30 days.
3. Their first qualifying USD subscription payment must include at least $10 in collected subscription revenue after tax, with no refund or dispute. After the 30-day hold, each person receives 100 credits when payment checks pass.

Credits for work, never a cash promise

100 credits provide $1 of hosted AI-work capacity at the app’s metered cost. They are not a dollar balance, a subscription discount, a refund, or cash you can withdraw. The work a credit funds varies with the model and task; results are not guaranteed.

Earned bonus credits do not expire while your account remains open. They are used after your plan’s included allowance, and they do not change your plan or its recurring price. Up to ten invitations per inviter can earn rewards in each UTC calendar year, counted when awarded. Reversals still count; invitations capped for that year do not roll over.

For real people, with fair limits

No self-referrals, duplicate households, reused payment cards, purchased accounts or manufactured payments. Payments need enough evidence to distinguish genuine new customers; missing or unsupported evidence goes to review rather than earning automatically.

One customer can be attributed to one invitation. The first active invitation they accept wins across both referral and affiliate programs. An affiliate introduction does not also earn referral credits.

If the qualifying payment is later refunded or disputed, both rewards are reversed. Unused bonus credits are reduced first; already spent credits offset future bonus rewards. You never owe cash for that reversal, and your ordinary plan allowance is not reduced.

Share the recommendation, not your friend’s data

We do not upload your contacts or send invitations on your behalf. Share your link yourself with someone who wants it. Your account shows reward totals, not their bank records, documents, cases, name or email address.
